How to Rent
Thank you for selecting this privately owned home for your vacation. Paul and Mary Jansen are pleased you have chosen to vacation in their beach home and they have provided furnishings and equipment in anticipation of your needs.

The following information will make your visit more comfortable:
Cooking is not permitted on the balcony. Outdoor grills are provided near the swimming pools for you use at certain locations.
If wearing wet swimming apparel or tanning lotion, please use only vinyl covered seats.
Please do not hang wet towels or bathing suits from the balcony railing.
If something is spilled on the carpet, please wipe it up with a damp cloth to prevent a permanent stain.
Do not charge long distance telephone calls to the telephone in your cottage. This is a private telephone.
Please follow the no smoking regulations for your cottage.
Guests are not permitted to bring pets on the property.
The maximum number of persons permitted to stay in this cottage is designated by the number of beds provided by the owner. House parties are prohibited.
Please respect the rights of others and do not engage in loud noises or music between 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked while not in the cottage.
Please do not take blankets, mattress pads or bedspreads from the cottage.
For your protection do not leave your valuables unattended in this cottage. The owner will not be held responsible for the loss of these items.
For optimal refrigerator operation, setting should be "8" and "B".
